On-air Staff

Meet the on-air staff of CKMW Country 1570.

Jocelyn Unrau

Jocelyn Unrau has been a proud R.M. of Stanley resident all her life - except for the year she left to attend the Academy of Broadcasting in Winnipeg.  It was there she was introduced to the world of radio and after completing her practicum at the Winkler Golden West studios, fell in love with community radio.  As a news and weather junkie it only made sense for her to begin her career as a radio news reporter.  However the creative juices began to flow and in October 2007 she took over as the Country 1570 CKMW Morning Show Host.  She keeps busy with different hobbies for each season, loves to play games and enjoys country music.

Join Jocelyn weekday mornings for the Country 1570 CKMW Morning Show!

Steve Mullin was born and raised in Cartwright, MB on the far western boundary of the Pembina Valley region, and is now excited to be living in Morden with his wife Morgan.  Steve is a die hard sports fan and loves listening to every inning of Blue Jays baseball and every quarter of Bomber football. Steve is on the go all winter spending most evenings in a hockey rink somewhere in Manitoba.  Steve also does a bit of work on the on-air side of things as well as production.

Join Steve Mullin from 11 -2 on Country 1570 CKMW and for the Trading Post every weekday morning at 11:30!

Wayne Lamb

Wayne Lamb is a big sports fan and loves listening to Toronto Blue Jays and Winnipeg Blue Bomber games on the radio. How does he relax after a weekend spent enjoying the heartland's best country music? He loves spending lots of time at the lake camping and fishing with his two girls and his wife, Bev.

Join Wayne weekday afternoons for your favourite country music!
